Founded by the department in 2008, Discourse and Interaction is a peer-reviewed, open-access linguistics journal. The journal is committed to presenting the outcomes of current research into aspects of meaning negotiation in English language discourse, alongside related stylistic and socio-pragmatic variation. We invite original contributions across a broad spectrum of fields, including discourse analysis, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, semantics, and applied linguistics. To ensure rigorous academic standards, the journal utilizes a double-blind peer review process and is proudly indexed in major international databases such as SCOPUS, EBSCO, CEEOL, and ERIH PLUS.
